Business enquiries and website information — draft for legal review
1. Status and responsible business
IRTARVA is a business concept being prepared for launch in Albania. The final registered legal entity name, NIPT, business contact details and data-protection contact will be added after registration and prior to accepting enquiries through this site.
2. Current enquiry form
When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the business contact name, email address, accommodation business type, approximate property count, requested weekly hours, preferred times and details of the support requested. The form is processed and stored by our website hosting provider, Netlify, as a service provider; authorized IRTARVA personnel can review submissions in the Netlify dashboard. Email notifications may also be sent to hello@irtarva.com when enabled. We use the information to respond to your enquiry and assess whether our services are suitable. Do not submit guest personal data, passwords or payment details.
3. Information processed by hosting services
The site is hosted on Netlify, which may process technical access information (including IP address and security logs) to provide the website and process forms. Our email is hosted with Dynadot. Information may be handled on systems outside Albania or the EU, subject to relevant provider arrangements. Service provider terms, applicable cross-border safeguards and the final retention schedule must be reviewed before commercial launch.
4. Future direct enquiries
For enquiries submitted through the form or sent to hello@irtarva.com, we use the supplied business contact details to reply, clarify service needs and follow up. We do not use these details for unrelated marketing without an appropriate legal basis. The identity of the data controller, lawful basis, contact details and retention periods must be finalized before accepting public enquiries.
5. Client and guest information
This public website is not intended to receive guest passports, reservation data or payment credentials. Processing guest personal data for a contracted client would be governed by separate data-processing and security arrangements, including appropriate international-transfer safeguards where necessary.
6. Your rights and contact
Where applicable, individuals may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability, and may complain to the appropriate supervisory authority. For privacy-related enquiries, contact hello@irtarva.com.
7. Updates
This is a pre-launch draft reflecting the technical form and email providers. Complete the controller identity, applicable retention periods, legal basis, transfer safeguards and registration information before using the form for commercial enquiries. This notice should be reviewed when the business is registered or the site’s data-processing setup changes.
