1. About this website
This website introduces IRTARVA Hospitality Operations, an independent remote business-to-business hospitality support service being prepared for launch. The site is a preview and is not yet an offer of immediate availability or a concluded service contract.
2. Services and working arrangements
IRTARVA proposes written guest communication, partner support and OTA administration in English and Italian. All three services are available in both languages. The scheduling window is Monday–Saturday, 08:00–22:00 Central European time (CET/CEST), subject to availability and written agreement on specific days and hours. This is a window within which fixed paid service blocks may be arranged, not continuous 14-hour daily coverage or 24/7 service.
3. Individual service agreement
Any commercial engagement requires a separate agreed statement of work or service contract stating the supported properties, systems, deliverables, fixed weekly paid hours, fees, reporting, escalation and emergency contacts, and the treatment of interruptions, additional work, amendments and termination. Website examples such as 10, 15 or 20 hours are illustrative and are not binding offers.
4. Boundaries and authorisation
IRTARVA is a remote support service, not a property-management system, emergency dispatch or on-site provider. Refunds, pricing and other sensitive decisions require appropriate client authorisation. Clients retain responsibility for local emergency responders, physical property operations, system ownership and approved access.
5. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep information accurate, but this preview can change before launch. Examples, case studies and illustrations are fictional unless specifically identified otherwise. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or a particular commercial result.
6. Intellectual property and third parties
The IRTARVA brand concept, site content and original presentation are not offered for redistribution without permission. Names of third-party travel and PMS platforms remain those of their owners. IRTARVA is independent of Booking.com and other OTA or PMS providers; references do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

8. Applicable terms and changes
